This piece-a part of my mantra series-was inspired by the simple intention of remembering to laugh... everyday! With interconnected biological, psychological AND social positive affects, laughter is the most underrated healing practice and activity! Further, it is one that is always available to us, if only we remember to tap into it.... soften our belly, relax our jaw, and let it out! I want you to feel the deep, embodied satisfaction that comes from laughing wholeheartedly with the people that you love.... everyday of your life! This is your reminder.
